Idaho Natural is a necessary response to thousands of operators using fresh hash browns who struggle with serving a consistent product day-to-day. We found that restaurant owners are focused on serving their customers a high quality, healthy product rather than the existing "so-called" fresh options. These processed refrigerated hash browns are loaded with preservatives which are necessary to retain color and shelf life. What they can not control is the products consistency.  This leaves the operator frustrated as they struggle with mushy, bland potatoes that don't brown evenly, if at all.
